Salmon with Fettuccini and Collard Greens
This recipe was one that I made up as I was at the store yesterday based on what looked fresh and what was on sale. I’ve never actually made collard greens but thought I’d give them a whirl as their green loveliness (which is rare this time of the year in Minneapolis) was only $0.68 for the bunch. Brussels Sprouts with White Wine
I got this recipe from the late Domino magazine (I MISS YOU!). The sprouts pictured here were grown in our garden and will be eaten by me and the family at Thanksgiving.
